If this sounds familiar

It’s not vanity.
It’s confidence slipping away.

You still feel energetic. Capable. Confident. Often at a stage of life where opportunities are expanding, not shrinking. But your reflection doesn’t match how you feel inside.

Every month you wait is another month where the face in your photos doesn’t match the life you’re actually living.
What hasn’t worked — and why

You’ve already tried things.
Here’s why they didn’t hold.

Dermal fillers
£400–£1,200 per session · 6–12 month repeat
Filler adds volume — it doesn’t lift. Over years it can migrate, settle, or accumulate. The lower face often looks heavier, not lifted.
PDO threads
£1,500–£3,000 · 3–12 months
Marketed as “the non-surgical facelift.” PDO threads dissolve in months. They were never engineered to provide long-term structural support.
HIFU & skin tightening
£800–£2,500 per course
Tightens the surface of the skin. Cannot reposition descended tissue underneath. Result is subtle and short-lived.
Premium skincare
£100–£400 per month
Maintains skin quality, not structure. Beautiful skin on a descended face still photographs as a tired face.
Surgical facelift
£30,000–£50,000 · 3–6 weeks recovery
Genuinely lifts. But the cost, downtime, general anaesthetic risk, and visible scars rule it out for most patients who’d otherwise benefit.

“I look like I did twenty years ago.”

After visiting clinic after clinic looking for a way to lift my jowls — and being sold procedures that just did not work — I came across Dr Q and the Q-Lift. The result is just amazing. I feel happy and confident again. I didn’t think this was possible without surgery.

The Q-Lift Ultimate principle

Faces age downwards.
The lift has to travel upwards.

The single principle the aesthetic industry rarely explains — and why most non-surgical lifting fails.

Tissue moves down. The lift moves it back.

Over decades, the deeper structures of the face physically descend — the brow drops, the cheek descends, the jawline softens, the neck loosens. It’s gravity and ligaments stretching by tiny fractions every year.

Q-Lift Ultimate uses permanent silicone spring threads (not the dissolving PDO type) to physically lift tissue in the same vertical direction it descended. Through small entry points in the hairline. Under local anaesthetic. Recovery in days.

Some surgical facelifts pull tissue sideways toward the ears — which is why the “windswept” look exists. Q-Lift Ultimate lifts upward, restoring the face to where it sat naturally before descent began.

“My family said I looked rested. That’s exactly what I wanted.”

I was terrified of looking overdone — I’d seen friends spend thousands and come back with cheeks that looked too full, or a face pulled too tight. Six months after my Q-Lift my family said I looked “rested.” Nobody asked what I’d had done. I look like me, with my jawline back.

“Five years of fillers, or one Q-Lift. The maths made itself.”

I worked out what I’d spent on filler, threads and skin treatments over the last five years. It was more than the Q-Lift Ultimate. And I had nothing structural to show for it — just six-month maintenance appointments stretching out indefinitely. The Q-Lift was a one-off decision, with a real result that’s lasted years.

Dr Q runs every consultation personally — no coordinators, no sales advisors. Around one in three enquiries are politely declined because the procedure isn’t the right fit. You’ll leave the consultation knowing exactly where you stand, with no pressure to proceed.

Before you book

What happens next.

No sales pitch. No pressure. Just a clear path from first enquiry to your decision.

1
Enquire

Fill in the form below or message us on WhatsApp. Tell us a little about your concerns. Reply within one working day, usually much sooner.

2
Consultation with Dr Q

A real conversation, not a sales call. We’ll talk through what’s concerning you, what you’ve tried, and whether Q-Lift Ultimate is likely to be the right fit.

3
An honest answer

If you’re a strong candidate, Dr Q will tell you. If you’re not, he’ll tell you that too. One in three enquiries are politely declined.

4
Procedure day

Performed in clinic under local anaesthetic. Most patients walk out the same afternoon. No hospital admission, no general anaesthetic, no visible scars.

5
Recovery

5–7 days of mild swelling. Most patients are back to social activities by the end of week one and back to public-facing work in week two.

Common questions

The questions most people ask.

Will I look stretched or “done”?

No. Q-Lift Ultimate lifts vertically — the direction the tissue descended — not sideways toward the ears like some traditional facelifts. The threads are elastic and biocompatible, designed to move with your face naturally. The goal isn’t to make you look different. It’s to restore your face to where it sat naturally a few years ago.

I’ve already had fillers and PDO threads. Will this still work for me?

In most cases, yes. Previous treatments don’t rule you out. Dr Q will assess on the consultation whether any existing filler needs dissolving first, and whether anything from previous thread work needs addressing. The Q-Lift Ultimate is structurally different from anything else you’ve had.

How much does it cost?

Q-Lift Ultimate is £9,995, all-in. That includes everything in the protocol — face, neck and brow lift, dermal filler, laser resurfacing, skin booster, and prescriptive aftercare. Booked separately, the same components would total around £16,000, so the bundled price is a saving of just over £6,000. For context, a deep plane surgical facelift in private UK practice typically costs £30,000–£50,000.

Am I the right age?

Q-Lift Ultimate is suitable for men and women aged 40 to 80 with mild to significant facial descent. The best candidates are those with realistic expectations who’ve noticed structural changes — jowls, neck heaviness, brow descent — rather than just skin quality concerns. The consultation determines candidacy.

How long do the results last?

The spring threads used in Q-Lift Ultimate are permanent silicone sutures, not the dissolving PDO threads used by most clinics. Results typically last 4–6 years before any maintenance is considered. The skin component of the treatment (laser, boosters, skincare) is maintained as needed.

Is it safe?

The spring threads have been used clinically across Europe for nearly 20 years, with over 250,000 procedures performed worldwide. The procedure itself is performed under local anaesthetic only — no general, no hospital admission, no risk of deeper anaesthesia complications.

Are there visible scars?

No. Entry points are small, hidden within the hairline, and heal completely. There are no incisions across the face or in front of the ears the way there are with a surgical facelift.

Why does Dr Q decline 1 in 3 enquiries?

Because no procedure suits everyone. Some patients have unrealistic expectations no procedure can meet. Some are better served by a different approach. Some have anatomical features that would make them better candidates for surgery. Some are too early in their facial descent to need this procedure yet. Dr Q would rather give an honest assessment than rush someone into a procedure that wouldn’t serve them.

What does recovery actually look like?

Mild swelling and minor bruising for 5–7 days, managed with standard post-procedure care. Most patients return to social activities by the end of week one and public-facing work in week two. Final settling takes 8–12 weeks. No visible scarring at any stage.
